A great session tonight. The kids did really well. They're coming along nicely.
Adult session was a blast too. I needed to up the energy just to shake off the "long dark night of the soul" I experienced over the weekend.
Naihanchi was the focus of the lesson, but before that some nice intense basics (nice side kicks guys!) After going through naihanchi we worked on some bunkai from the first section - in a grappling context, working from the clinch, drilling and take downs.
Looking forward to Thursday :)
