"Keep breathing!" It's good for your health.
Unfortunately my youngest daughter had some difficulties understanding it. She got a viral chest infection so we got her up to A&E (accident and emergency - you might call it ER). She looked ill, right out of sorts.
After a dose of steroids and a session on the nebuliser she managed to stabilise herself and was much better after a couple of hours. By teatime you wouldn't think she'd been ill! Kids eh?!
While my wife took baby up to the hospital I stayed home to keep Big Sister amused before we made our own way up to collect them. We tried her out with a size 110 karate gi. 110 is the smallest size I have and she actually fits into it now (with a little nip and tuck on the hemlines here and there....)
A very hectic weekend, not a lot of sleep. Melissa is back to normal and Natalie has acquired a karate suit. Not a bad result really.
(That and a thrilling episode of Doctor Who on the TV, and finally England were kicked out of the world cup in their traditional manner.).

Isn't it amazing that we take the act of breathing for granted until we experience how precious it is?
I'm glad to hear that your little girl is doing better.
Hi,
Yes all is well now.
But your comment raises an interesting point about awareness and finding truth in the little things in life.
Another case of sweeping leaves zen
