Due to popular demand we're going to hold an open house - the theme will be women's self defence. It will be Thursday 19th July at our dojo, starting approx 7:30pm. Cost for the session will be £3 to cover hall rental.
We'll cover basic safety strategies, body language and pre-emptive striking using palms, elbows and possibly knees. We'll do a few basic grip releases, and how to avoid getting into them.
If it's a success then we'll put a program together and hold monthly workshops.
