Quick Update

It's been a little quiet recently. I've just been kept busy doing other things... (y'know, living and stuff!)

We did a 19 mile training walk on Sunday in preparation for the forthcoming Keswick to Barrow walk. 4 weeks to go! With a bit of luck I'll be able to get hold of a camera to take some pics (plus some dojo pics). Unfortunately my trusty old Kodak digital finally gave up last year and I haven't got round to replacing it yet.

Weather conditions are improving around here, so I'm getting more running in. It certainly a big help to my karate training in general. I feel almost 10 years younger!

Training's been fun. I've introduced a bit of stand-up grappling to the adult class. They're all new to that kind of thing, so we've just been having a bit of fun with it.

Stay tuned!

Hello Clinton!!

I had a look at Bebo.... didn't take long to find you, Shaun, Alan, Olivia, Carl....

But er, I might feel 10 years younger after all that training, but that would still make me ancient to you lot! Bebo's a bit.... young, isn't it?!

And what's all this ppl ru m8 stuff? Some weird code? Oh I see. It's texting isn't it? Never did get the hang of that, I don't own a mobile. They tend to fry my brains.

I'll see you all on Thursday (better be there!!)

Hello steve, its clint again i just got a google blogger account so i just thought i would take this time to tell you that.
Also i have an idea, we should make a Doctor Who feedback page so we can comment on each episode? A bit like your other blogs but just SMALLER!! What do you think?...

LOL Clinton :)

I like the idea of the Dr Who page. I can even assign other people to comment.

I'll have a think about that one.

Did you know the Doctor is a master of Venusian Aikido? (Google for it!!!)
