Fantastic video, but worrying because there are many people genuinely wanting to learn self protection and so on and there is still stuff being taught out there in some dojos that resembles the "bad techniques". As with everything though I will test the baseball defence myself just to be sure!!

This is hysterical. I love the idea of blocking a baseball bat strike with an outward blog. Then breaking it as the next step in self defense.
Fact is, there are probably people out there teaching that. Yikes!
