I found a great online resource for daily workouts, diet and fitness. There's a whole bunch of good stuff here that should appeal to martial arts people. I particularly enjoyed the "Prison Workout" article.

Marks Dailey Apple is the best. I have been on the paleo diet for around a year and it has really helped me. The two most noticeable improvements have been weight loss and higher energy. Keep reading his blog.
